Mental well-being is a broad term, and it can be hard to define when it is having a negative impact upon the quality of your life. Our aim is to help people with common mental health problems, physical difficulties or any other problems that are causing distress, manage these challenges.
What we do
We actively support those who come into contact with our services at a time they most need help. Our clinical work includes psychological support for all ages. We specialise in Mental Health and Physical disabilities. We offer Psychotherapy services and psychosocial support. Our team comprise of an interdisciplinary bank of staff, consisting of a full-time therapist, who is an Accredited Professional Therapist, Clinical Case manager, Mental Health worker and Board Certified Physiatrist (commonly known as rehabilitation medicine specialist).

We are experienced in Trauma, including complex trauma and personal injury. Mode Rehabilitation also offers psychotherapy support for a range of trauma experiences, including early sexual or physical abuse, domestic violence or any developmental issues.
